The NETI Board of Directors is comprised of individuals with indispensable skills, expertise and experience in the fields of: Telecommunications; Construction; Project Management; Manufacturing; Business Management and Development; International Trade; International Law; Technical Development and Research; International Securities and Finance; International Relations and Negotiations. A number of the skills of the Board Members overlap, permitting multiple perspectives on problem solving. In addition NETI Directors and Personnel understand the need for sensitivity to local customs and courtesies in various parts of the World if projects are to proceed smoothly. Board members are like-minded and prepared to fulfill the mandate NETI has set forth wherever possible.

A co-founder of ITCH, Paul Porter is a recognized persona in international finance and asset management. He brings extensive experience in telecommunications, project management and development, international negotiations and finance

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER: CONSTANTINOS BARBERROGLOU "Gus Barbero".
Over 35 years of business, personal, finance and project management experience accross a broad spectrum of commerce and industry. Especially trained in areas of International Securities, an International appraiser and dealer of Gold, Gold bullion, precious stones, gems, diamonds and licensed currency dealer.

CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER: ANGELA VICTORIA.
Angela Victoria has extensive experience in the area of public relations and information dissemination in addition to administering health services departments for the County of Los Angeles, California.

CHIEF ACCOUNTING OFFICER: JOSE ANAYA.
A co-founder of NETI, Jose is a graduate of Long Breach State University with a Bachelor of .Science in Financing. He has conducted a highly successful Income Tax and Immigration Service.in the Southeast Los Angles Area for fifteen years.

CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER: NORMAN R. WILLIAMS.
A practicing attorney, Norman Williams has developed expertise in International Law and Corporate Litigation, while conducting a general practice for twenty-four years in Los Angeles, California. He is a Member and Past President of the Board of Directors of the Vernon Chamber of Commerce. Vernon is a totally industrial city in the hot-bed of Pacific Rim trading activity.

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER: MARDI GALDAMEZ.
Mardi Galdamez has over 10 years of experience in all aspects of technology, a proven track record of organization proactive leadership, technical vision and innovation. Strong technical capabilities and understanding of information technology practices and philosophies, ability to guide small IT department to better organization and higher service levels, for the past 3 years Mardi Galdamez gained  experience acting as a technical consultant to life science clients beginning at startup level, through mid-sized, and up to large-scale pharmaceutical company.

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER FOR CENTRAL AMERICA: JUAN BELTRAN.
Mr. Beltran has experience in various IT fields, he is a project management specialist who has worked in Central America as a team leader for several IT groups and he has built and maintained many projects in Central America.

Together with other technical personnel the Directors are responsible for the development, management and operation of NETI’s projects. Their approach to project implementation is “hands on” with continuing dedication and work performance.

Mention must be made of a Clerical and Business Staffs that coordinate closely with the Directors and relate well to NETI’s clients. The bookkeeping and auditory staffs are invaluable. They bring unique and necessary skills to look after financial accountability to regulatory bodies.
